Italcementi Shares
Italcementi S.p.A. has been listed on the Milan Stock Exchange since 1925. Presently, it is one of the constituents of S&P/MIB, the index grouping the major listed securities in Italy.
The share capital amounted to Euro 282,548,942, consisting of 177,117,564 ordinary shares and 105,431,378 savings shares with a nominal value of Euro 1 each.
Share capital
Ordinary shares are held by 15,000 subjects. Italmobiliare Group is the majority shareholder with a quota of 60,26%.
