The Chairman of the company, in the respect of the duties conferred upon him by the Board of Directors and in collaboration with CEO, COO and CDO - with whom he constitutes the Office of the Chairman - develops proposals for the Board of Directors of Italcementi and Ciments Français regarding investments, financial acquisitions and important organizational transformations.
The Office of the Chairman is a non-statutory body with coordination duties that does not modify the responsibilities and powers of the functions involved.
