Bulgaria: Devnya Cement begins the realization of one of the biggest investment projects for the last 20 years

250 million euro will be invested in the reconstruction and modernization of the cement factory in Devnya. The full construction phase begins in the immediate future with more than 1000 persons employed, and is expected to be completed in two years. The agreement with the general contractor – Strabag - was signed last August. Strabag will work with a Chinese partner, CBMI.
