			<title>Libya: joint venture for a green-field cement plant in Eastern</title>
			<description>Italcementi signed a newly incorporated joint venture with the Libyan Economic and Social Development Fund, dedicated to the construction of a green-field cement plant some 50 km west of Tobruk in Eastern Libya. The new jv finalized a mining concession agreement with the National Mining Company of Libya, the government body regulating the use of mineral resources in the country , Italcementi will indirectly control 50% of the capital of the joint venture.</description>
